Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and analytics.
• Ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
• Experience with operational management and change readiness.
• Strong communication with technology and business audiences.
• Proficiency in data analytics to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Experience with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Builds metrics for cost, feature functionality, risk posture and reliability.
• Directs end-to-end product delivery activities including intake, dependencies, release and deployment.
• Leads change management across partners ensuring risk and regulatory adherence.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, monitors blockers, resources, and stakeholder liaison.
• Maintains a transparent portfolio view of timelines and cross-team constraints.
