Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives using data analytics and coaching client teams.
• Communicate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Guide AI integration to ensure outputs are accurate and contextually appropriate.
• Oversee end-to-end change management, aligning with organizational goals.
• Build advisory relationships with senior leaders and manage engagements.
• Lead client projects, manage associates across workstreams, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate to build hypotheses, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions.
