Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will own a diverse portfolio and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

With 10+ years in product management and a strong Agile background, you will drive ROI, reduce manual processes, and shape go-to-market plans while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
10+ years in product management, preferably tech or SaaS.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to execute roadmaps.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Lead or partner with PMs to drive multi-vertical product initiatives.
