Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics and Home Health. You will drive innovation, partner with engineering, design, operations, data/analytics and commercial teams to scale automation and market expansion.

You will guide product initiatives from ideation through delivery, launches and iterations while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility and time-to-impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering products end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data analysis.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value and feasibility.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions.
• Partner on go-to-market plans with marketing and sales.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Champion user experience with rapid prototyping and feedback.
