Job summary
One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager Expert to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across our healthcare-focused products, including Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more.
You will own a broad portfolio and guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive scalable automation, integration, and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility and business impact.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI to inform future decisions and drive adoption.
