Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health and more. You will guide a portfolio, partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics and Commercial functions to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points.
• Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps balancing value and feasibility.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of features on the roadmap and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform decisions.
• Partner on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
• Oversee lifecycle from ideation to sunset when needed.
