Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics and Home Health, unifying them under a cohesive vision. You will own roadmaps, write clear requirements, mentor PMs, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Support to deliver scalable automation and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Understand Customer Needs: conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences.
• Prioritize Features and Roadmap: create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Write Clear Requirements: translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Delivery & Communications: own the delivery of features/initiatives on the roadmap and manage stakeholders.
• Monitor Performance Metrics: track impact/ROI by defining KPIs.
• Partner on Go-to-Market Strategy: work with marketing and sales to drive adoption.
• Manage Product Lifecycle: oversee products from ideation to sunset.
• Champion the User Experience: advocate for intuitive, delightful experiences through user research and rapid prototyping.
• Adapt and Iterate: refine products based on feedback and market trends.
• Leadership: may lead or partner with other Product Managers.
