Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy, spanning areas like Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will guide a portfolio across lines of business, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will drive revenue growth, cut manual entry, and expand into adjacent verticals while prioritizing viability and time-to-impact.

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field; 10+ years in product management; proven track record from concept to launch; cross-functional Agile experience; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points across tools and experiences; collaborate with key customers.
Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and business impact; partner with other PMs to inform roadmaps.
Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
Own delivery of features on the roadmap, escalate blockers, drive updates with stakeholders, lead ceremonies.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
Work with marketing and sales on launch plans to drive adoption.
Oversee products from ideation to sunset as needed.
Champion intuitive, delightful, accessible experiences with user research and rapid prototyping.
Adapt and iterate based on feedback, data and market trends.
Leadership: may lead or partner with other PMs when needed.
