Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, unifying them under a shared vision. You will guide Senior/Staff PMs with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

The role emphasizes defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and measuring ROI with KPIs, while working closely with marketing and sales for go-to-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business field or equivalent.
• 10+ years in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
