Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our Device portfolio. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales and finance to deliver differentiated value to customers.

The role spans strategic to tactical work, leading cross‑functional teams from concept to launch, while defining the what, why, where, and when of each product release. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with comprehensive U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or other graduate degree.
• 10+ years progressive, relevant technology experience in engineering or Product Planning/Product Marketing/Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Motorola's Device portfolio.
• Interface with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales and finance.

• Own requirements, KPIs, and go-to-market activities for releases.
