Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. seeks a strategic Solutions Director to own development, execution, and lifecycle of Health Plan/Health System solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Finance to commercialize services technology and solve critical business problems.

You will lead packaging, pricing, and go-to-market enablement, while guiding cross-functional teams to optimize performance and customer value across the solution lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within an enterprise B2B technology or health care company.
• Experience defining and launching complex solutions that bundle software/technology with services.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication of complex concepts to executives and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own development, execution, and lifecycle of Health Plan/Health System solutions.
• Define, standardize, document services, KPIs, SLAs, differentiation, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence platform roadmap and delivery model.
• Lead GTM efforts with Sales, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Finance to enable adoption and profitability.
