Job summary

This role supports critical retention, market relevancy, and regulatory initiatives by driving planning, requirements gathering, and cost/resource estimates through the SDLC.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management, or 6 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation or project management OR 6 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner on cross-enterprise implementations of new products or product enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to take the project through the SDLC.
• Create deliverables and presentations to advance understanding and mitigate risks and issues.
