Job summary

HCSC Group is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery across a family of products. Responsible for market research, product experience, and outcome measurement, you will build consensus on priorities and roadmaps with business stakeholders.

You will manage multiple teams (direct and matrixed) and drive alignment across executive leadership, vendors, and internal groups to achieve strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 7+ years product/technology delivery or 11+ years experience.
• 3+ years experience managing direct reports (coaching, development, performance).
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or related leadership roles.
• Strong leadership to guide teams and people through collaboration.
