Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a product solutions professional to plan, develop, integrate, and execute complex initiatives within our business architecture. You will liaise with stakeholders across the company to document and successfully implement marketing and product solutions.

Collaborate with product and marketing managers to articulate detailed concepts, rationalize requirements, and ensure proper integration across solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management OR 8 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management.
• Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working independently and in group settings and responding to rapidly changing priorities.
• Experience identifying risks and issues and creating mitigation strategies.
• Takes initiative in driving results, asking astute questions, proactively reaching out to stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
• Analytical skills and experience applying business knowledge to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, development, integration, and execution of complex product solutions initiatives within the constructs of HCSC's business architecture.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the company in documenting and executing marketing and product solutions.
• Collaborate with product and marketing managers to articulate concepts, requirements, and features.
• Represent product solutions in planning, analysis, and implementation phases.
• Develop business cases for product solutions, including prioritization and portfolio execution.
• Lead the development of business development methodologies and processes.
