This Position Is Responsible For Planning, Development, Integration, And Execution Of Complex Product Solutions Initiatives Within The Constructs Of Hcscs Business Architecture Including Proofs Of Concept, Pilots, Product Solutions, And Marketing Solutions. Liaising With Key Stakeholders Throughout The Company In The Documentation And Successful Execution Of Specified Marketing Solutions And Product Solutions Across All Segments And Multiple Divisions. Working Closely With Product And Marketing Managers To Fully Articulate And Document Detailed Concepts, Solution Needs And Features, Rationalize Requirements Across Business Cases, And Ensure Appropriate Integration Across Solutions. Representing Product Solutions In The Planning And Analysis And Implementation Phases To Ensure The Essence Of The Concept Is Maintained And Brought To Market. Developing Business Cases For Product Solutions For Marketing And Product Solutions, Including The Prioritization, Submission, Administration, And Execution Of Projects In The Group Portfolio. Leading The Development And Enhancement Of Business Development Methodologies And Processes.

Required Job Qualifications

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, mathematics, philosophy, IT systems, public health / health policy.
• Consulting or client/product implementation experience in a large organization.
• Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
• Conflict management and resolution skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with the SDLC.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.

Compensation: $84,400.00 - $152,300.00
