Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to partner on complex cross-enterprise implementations of new products and enhancements critical to maintaining accounts and responding to regulatory initiatives.

You will work with business and technology partners through the SDLC, from business case analysis to implementation, ensuring scope and member impact are well understood.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 6 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation or project management.
• Comfortable with change and dynamic work environments.
• Clear written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across departments.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Takes initiative, drives results, and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner on complex cross-enterprise implementations from business case through deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to follow the SDLC and ensure alignment with regulatory needs.
• Drive decomposition of the business case and planning, cost and resource estimates.
• Create deliverables and presentations to advance understanding and implementation efforts, communicating with stakeholders and mitigating risks.
