Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management OR 8 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations and delivering formal training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, integrate and execute complex product solutions initiatives within the business architecture.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the company to document concepts, needs and features.
• Rationalize requirements across business cases and ensure integration across solutions.
• Develop business cases for product solutions, including prioritization and execution of projects.
• Lead development and enhancement of business development methodologies and processes.
