Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of a product or platform, from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will lead one or more teams, direct and matrixed, to deliver business outcomes and align roadmaps with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include market research, product experience, outcome measurement, and managing product solution delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 7+ years in product/technology delivery or 11+ years equivalent.
• 3+ years managing direct reports with coaching and performance plans.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or related leadership.

Responsibilities

• Owns full lifecycle of product/platform from strategy to delivery.
• Leads one or more teams of direct and matrixed resources.
• Establishes vision with stakeholders and builds consensus on priorities and roadmaps.
