Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product/vendor data in internal systems with dates, notes, and status to notify involved parties of material availability.
• Review vendor order acknowledgements for accuracy including description of items, delivery lead times, quantities, and pricing.
• Facilitate communication with vendors to provide PO numbers for order placements.
• Maintain vendor scorecard reflecting customer satisfaction ratings.
• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices; interact with Procurement and accounting to ensure proper invoicing.
