Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain product/vendor data and notify parties of material availability.
• Review vendor order acknowledgments for accuracy.
• Facilitate communication with vendors regarding orders.
• Maintain a vendor scorecard to represent customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
• Organize meetings to support procurement efficiency.
• Assist in preparing and auditing RFPs.
• Generate supplier performance and cost savings reports.
