Job summary

Integrated Production Solutions (IPS) in Franklin, TN seeks an experienced procurement professional to own sourcing strategy for AV, lighting, rigging, staging, networking, and installation materials. You will design purchasing policies for project-based integration and show-date production buys, track orders, and protect margins.

You will collaborate with the CFO on budgets, lead times, and total cost inputs, coordinate with project managers and warehouse staff, and ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience rebuilding purchasing records from incomplete information.
• Proven negotiation skills with measurable cost savings.
• Comfort with both project-based and deadline-driven purchasing.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP or purchasing software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing strategy for AV, lighting, rigging, staging, networking, and installation materials.
• Design and document purchasing policy and procedures for two cadences: project-based and show-date production buys.
• Track orders from placement to delivery; manage delays, damages, and shortages; handle expedited purchases.
• Coordinate with the CFO on budgets, pricing, lead times, and total-cost input for capital planning.
• Serve as the procurement point of contact for integration, production, warehouse and accounting teams.
