The position requires 3+ years in procurement/logistics, ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. Office/warehouse environment with occasional travel to vendor sites or service centers may be involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience in industrial services or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, equipment, and services to support operational needs while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery objectives are met.
• Obtain supplier quotes, maintain vendor relationships, and assist with pricing negotiations and vendor performance reviews.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, resolve purchasing discrepancies, and accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track deliveries, and work with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely transportation of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, support inventory accuracy, and assist with cycle counts and replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and service teams to ensure materials are available to meet customer and project requirements.
• Maintain data and reporting within ERP and inventory management systems.
• Recommend opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
