Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate materials and services for daily operations. You will manage orders to meet schedule and cost targets and oversee low‑dollar spend items while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities include ERP reporting, supplier setup, data accuracy, and collaboration with Accounts Payable. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or High School Diploma with 2+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates procurement of materials, products and services for Silfex in daily operations.
• Ensures orders and deliveries are on schedule in a cost‑effective manner with quality standards.
• Manages low‑dollar spend commodities (e.g., uniforms, MRO, vending).
• Creates and publishes exception reports from ERP systems and identifies gaps.
• Supports master data entry for supplier and consumable setup.
• Collaborates with Accounts Payable to resolve receiving/invoicing issues.
• Negotiates lowest possible cost while ensuring required quality and production needs.
• Tracks supplier performance and maintains knowledge of quality procedures.
