Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coords procurement of materials, products, and services to support daily operations.
• Manages low-dollar spend commodities (e.g., uniforms, MRO programs).
• Creates and publishes ERP exception reports showing gaps in new part set-up and contracts.
• Supports master data setup for supplier and consumable items.
• Collaborates with Accounts Payable to resolve receiving/invoicing issues.
• Supports lean manufacturing concepts and 5S initiatives.
• Monitors supplier performance in quality and delivery.
• Maintains records and ERP documentation accuracy.
