Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to manage global supplier relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and oversee materials and services purchasing for advanced silicon components.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance improvements to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. A strong background in manufacturing procurement and lean principles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience in procurement and/or supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a global supplier base for critical technologies.
• Strategic planning and sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery.
