Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain management with manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and cost reduction targets.
• APICS CPIM or CPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals across plants.
• Oversee procurement activities, supplier selection, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute global procurement strategies for assigned commodities.
• Establish and track performance metrics across procurement activities.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement in purchasing.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to ensure process controls.
