Silfex Inc., a Lam Research Company, seeks a Senior Manager of Supply Chain to lead the Purchasing function across multiple plants. You will manage procurement strategies, mentor Buyers, and drive data-driven problem solving to improve efficiency and value.

The role emphasizes supplier relationships, lean practices, and performance metrics to reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Material Planning in manufacturing.
• 5+ years direct management experience.
• APICS, CPIM or CPM certification preferred.
• Experience using ERP and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Buyers at multiple plants.
• Manage purchasing activities, processes, systems, KPIs, and daily operations.
• Develop and execute global procurement strategies for assigned commodities.
• Maintain supplier master data and ERP records.
• Recruit, hire, train staff, and evaluate performance.
