Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering with 5+ years in procurement or supplier management.
• Global sourcing experience required.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex sourcing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply strategies for critical technologies.
• Source and qualify suppliers in different regions; manage risk and continuity of supply.
• Negotiate contracts for best pricing, quality and service.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.
