FiberLight LLC is seeking a Strategic Development Representative to support relationships with the company's most important clients. They will assist the Strategic Account Director, coordinating with various departments to ensure the client’s needs are met.

This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the client's business and industry.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, preferably in financial, software, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Experience in developing and executing account plans and proposals.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to close deals with win–win outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Research target customer businesses and market trends to equip Account Directors with insights.
• Map key contacts and maintain internal dashboards to track account activity.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, and follow-ups to ensure strategy execution.
• Draft tailored account plans and presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Monitor sales opportunities and provide proactive updates to teams.
• Support negotiations and craft compelling proposals aligned with client needs.
