Job summary

HyperLight is pioneering the commercialization of thin-film lithium niobate photonics and building a scalable TFLN photonics platform. We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing to support manufacturing and productization of our TFLN technology.

In this role, you will create and manage POs, source suppliers, track orders, and maintain supplier records in our ERP system while upholding ethics and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or related field.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders in ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders through full PO lifecycle.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, compare pricing and lead times.
• Communicate with vendors on pricing, status, and delivery schedules.
