Job summary

FiberLight, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations, focusing on receiving, storage, tracking, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment. You will ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ERP transactions, stocking, labeling, and maintaining serialized asset records.

Qualifications

• Require high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory, warehouse, or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts, reconciliations, audits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against POs and packing slips.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues.
• Stage, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts using ERP and manual tracking.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs.
