Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in construction, corporate real estate, or professional services.
• Experience developing vendor prequalification programs, performance management systems, and contractor databases.
• Strong understanding of competitive bidding processes, evaluation methodologies, and selection best practices.
• Proficiency in procurement software, vendor management systems, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing processes meeting contractual obligations requiring competitive bidding.
• Build and maintain a vendor library across North and South America.
• Establish vendor performance evaluation frameworks and scorecards.
• Serve as primary liaison with client procurement teams and develop standardized reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead reporting and analytics for sourcing events, vendor awards, and procurement governance.
