Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Procurement Project Initiatives Lead to drive strategic procurement programs across engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, finance and IT. You will translate business goals into actionable plans and lead end-to-end initiatives delivering on time and within scope.

This remote role requires 7+ years in procurement or project management, a strong grasp of ERP/SAP/Ariba, and experience with digital procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or project management.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement initiatives from concept to execution.
• Translate business goals into actionable strategies and project plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance and IT.
• Define procurement technology roadmap and system requirements.
• Establish KPIs and report outcomes to leadership.
