Job summary

Solventum is seeking a strategic, collaborative Procurement Excellence Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives, drive standard work, and optimize procurement technology in a regulated medical device setting.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and IT to deliver actionable plans, define KPIs, and enable data-driven sourcing excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or PMP preferred.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or project management.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement initiatives from concept through execution.
• Define business requirements and map current/future-state workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance and IT.
