Job summary

Solventum seeks a strategic Procurement Initiatives and Compliance Lead to drive key compliance projects and cross-functional initiatives across procurement and supply chain. You will translate regulations into actionable requirements, define KPIs, and align with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management roles.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement compliance.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulations into clear, actionable procurement deliverables.
• Develop and monitor compliance reporting and KPIs.
• Translate business goals into procurement strategies and project plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Suppliers, and Customers.
