SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements and guide a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

You will drive negotiation support, data analysis, supplier consolidation, and governance frameworks to realize savings and stronger customer outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership across cross-functional teams, risk management, and delivering measurable value while expanding cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of consulting experience with large enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive discussions.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to optimize spend and terms.
• Analyze data to identify savings and governance improvements.
• Manage portions of the procurement delivery team and foster continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development for year-over-year growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee development of sales tools, resources, and training for SHI and clients.
