Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist to develop global strategies for Capital Equipment and Construction and to lead supplier negotiations. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders to implement procurement guidelines and drive value across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive sourcing experience, plus strong negotiation and communications skills. Remote work is available for US-based applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6 years in sourcing/procurement/engineering/legal.
• HS diploma with 10 years in sourcing/procurement/engineering/legal.
• MBA or Master’s in Business/Engineering/Logistics is a plus.
• Additional language skills (German/Polish/French) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies for Capital Equipment and Construction.
• Manage supplier relationships to achieve cost, quality and service targets.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and hold vendors to competitive terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate procurement strategies with guidelines.
• Lead high-value, broad-impact procurement projects.
