Solventum, a leading healthcare solutions company, seeks a strategic Procurement Initiatives and Compliance Lead to drive cross-functional projects and ensure regulatory alignment across procurement activities.

You will translate complex regulations into clear procurement deliverables, optimize processes, and manage reporting. Collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in procurement or supply chain within regulated industries.
• Experience translating regulations into procurement deliverables and reporting.
• Proficient with ERP systems and procurement platforms (SAP/Coupa/Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement compliance initiatives and reporting aligned with business goals.
• Translate regulations into actionable procurement plans and standard work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Develop procurement technology requirements and digital workflows.
• Support Make vs Buy and Source of Supply with data-driven decisions.
• Define KPIs, governance, and report outcomes to leadership.
