Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, contract administration, and supplier relationship management for a high-visibility CRE/FM client account. The role focuses on driving procurement operations, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in Commercial Real Estate or Facility Management environments.
• Experience running RFPs for multi-million-dollar engagements from the buyer's perspective.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to track supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Experience creating and managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, contract administration and supplier relationship management for a high-visibility client account.
• Own and manage national contracts and the contract database.
• Lead RFP processes for facilities management and service-based projects.
