Job summary

Roth Staffing is seeking a Category Manager for Global Real Estate (Design & Construction) to drive strategic sourcing and procurement across a worldwide portfolio. You will lead supplier selection, negotiations, and governance to optimize cost, quality, and risk for capital projects and workplace services.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, and stakeholders to deliver scalable procurement programs and master service agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial management experience
Minimum 5 years supporting corporate real estate, workplace, design, or construction programs
Experience leading complex RFPs and global sourcing initiatives
Experience negotiating professional services agreements, construction contracts, and master service agreements
Strong financial acumen and contract management skills
Strong stakeholder management in a global matrix organization
Proficiency with enterprise sourcing platforms (Zip, Ariba)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global category strategies for design, construction, furniture, and related real estate spend
Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier interviews with defensible awards
Negotiate master service agreements and project-specific contracts
Manage supplier governance, scorecards, and risk assessments
Support capital project budgeting and procurement planning
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and enterprise systems
