CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead a large team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will support multiple clients and departments in developing and executing complex sourcing strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination will be considered.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Assist with the development of company-wide policies and procedures, playbooks, and other organizational materials.
• Work with stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at local, regional, and global levels.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for large purchases of goods/services.
• Oversee contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals.
• Manage supplier certification process. Review vendor performance.
• Mentor on outsourcing practices and cross-cultural coordination.
• Review RTFs, select solutions, and approve contracts with providers.
• Act as a key contact for utilization management and external procurement solutions.
• Lead by example and model CBRE values.
• Apply broad knowledge to achieve objectives.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems.
• Improve processes and standards within the discipline.
