Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management. You will drive negotiations, contract execution, and integration of supplier partnerships to maximize value and reliability across the organization.

You will manage RFPs, develop category strategies, and oversee supplier performance while collaborating with business and technical owners to understand needs and deliver results. A strong background in P2P and cost reduction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of procurement contract negotiation and contract management experience.
• 1+ years of electronic procurement and/or contract solutions experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills with the ability to adapt and improvise.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Superior communication and writing skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the P2P process and ability to identify appropriate solutions for spend categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and contract management of large-scale, enterprise-wide agreements under senior guidance.
• Direct cross-functional teams to develop meaningful supplier requirements.
• Research and evaluate sources of supply and assess supplier financial stability.
• Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI processes from start to finish.
• Provide total cost of ownership analyses and executive-level recommendations.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and drive realization.
• Oversee supplier performance and act as escalation point for non-performance.
• Develop strategic category plans aligned with business goals and market benchmarks.
• Manage stakeholder groups through technology adoption and service delivery.
