Job summary

KBR, Inc, a global engineering and technology company, seeks a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contracting for manufacturing and major capital projects. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project Controls to drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery from design through startup.

The role demands extensive leadership, global supplier experience, and a track record of delivering savings and risk mitigation on large capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or commercial management experience.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing procurement organizations or large teams.
• Proven experience leading procurement for major capital projects >$500M TIC.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for facilities and capital programs.
• Lead sourcing for process equipment, utilities, manufacturing systems, and engineering services.
• Oversee procurement execution for EPC/EPCM and owner‑led project delivery models.
• Ensure timely delivery of long‑lead equipment and critical path materials.
• Lead procurement risk identification and mitigation planning on major investments.
• Drive cost optimization and supplier quality improvements.
