Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement and materials management for a large-scale EPC project. You will interface with PM, Engineering, Construction, Contracts, and Legal to ensure timely, compliant acquisition of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services in alignment with schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP) preferred.
• Experience: 10–15+ years of procurement or supply chain in EPC/large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Procurement Execution Plan.
• Lead supplier prequalification, bid strategy, solicitation, evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate terms; ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/DPAS and client contracts.
• Monitor procurement costs against budget and align with project schedule.
• Coordinate expediting, inspection, logistics, and materials management.
