Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions seeks a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, and materials strategy for manufacturing operations and major capital projects. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Project Controls to drive safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee governance, supplier relationships, and risk management, ensuring equipment, services, and materials meet quality and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing procurement organizations or large procurement teams.
• Proven experience leading procurement activities for major capital projects exceeding $500 million TIC.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience working with global suppliers and international project teams.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing facility development and expansion projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for facilities and capital programs; lead governance and performance management systems; drive supplier innovations and cost improvements.
• Capital Project Procurement: Direct procurement for design, startup, and readiness; lead sourcing for process equipment, utilities, automation, and engineering services.
• Commercial & Contract Management: Lead negotiations and contract administration for EPC/EPCM and other agreements; manage changes and supplier performance.
• Supplier Quality & Compliance: Partner with Quality to ensure supplier compliance and conduct supplier audits.
• Operational Procurement & Supply Chain: Develop sourcing for direct/indirect materials; mitigate supply chain risks; optimize inventory.
• Financial Management: Manage procurement budget, savings, and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Team Leadership: Develop procurement teams, foster safety and integrity, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
