Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or IT procurement.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software licensing and cloud services.
• Experience managing complex supplier relationships in IT environments.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software, cloud, and technology services sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier evaluations, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and contract awards.
• Negotiate enterprise agreements to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity and Risk teams.
• Drive procurement transformation, analytics and governance.
