Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Procurement Package Manager to lead procurement and supply chain for a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will develop strategies, govern procurement plans, and coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, operations, finance, legal, project controls, and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum 15 years in procurement or supply chain.
Minimum 7 years leading procurement organizations or major project procurement functions.
Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or EPC/EPCM capital projects.
Proven success managing capital projects >$250 million.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities supporting capital project execution.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
Establish procurement execution plans, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
Lead supplier evaluations, bid processes, negotiations, and contract administration.
Manage supplier performance, claims, and commercial risk mitigation.
