Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategic Procurement Advisor to build and manage strategic client procurement relationships, especially with CPOs, and to influence negotiations that drive revenue growth and profitability.

You will partner with P&C teams, GCSPs, and account teams to tailor EY offerings to client needs, navigate complex contracts, and deliver value across multiple industries in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, strategy, and client relationship management.
• Experience leading negotiations and complex service engagements in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans with client procurement teams to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead negotiations and guide account teams on terms, pricing, and scope.
• Coach and train P&C teams and account leads on procurement best practices and deal strategies.
• Build and sustain long-term client procurement relationships at CPO level and above.
