Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategic Procurement Advisor (SPA) to lead strategic relationships with client procurement teams, especially the CPO, and drive revenue opportunities for EY. You will collaborate with GCSP, CE, and service lines to bridge communication gaps and win key engagements.

You’ll train teams, influence negotiations, and guide on contracts and procurement strategies across complex deals. A hybrid work model supports collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and business development.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with experience leading high-stakes negotiations.
• Strong ability to influence client procurement and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans with P&CE leaders and account teams to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
• Lead negotiation strategy development and actions to grow revenue with client accounts.
• Provide guidance on MSAs, rate cards, and other contract terms during negotiations.
• Coach and train partners and engagement leads in negotiation skills and procurement best practices.
• Lead cross-functional training and knowledge sharing within P&CE and Service Lines.
• Support EY responses to RFPs by leveraging client procurement insights.
• Build onsite relationships with senior client executives to understand expectations.
• Translate client procurement needs into strategic procurement plans and actions.
