Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategic Procurement Advisor to build deep relationships with client procurement teams and drive revenue opportunities. You will partner with GCSP, CE and PCE teams to influence procurement decisions and expand EY's footprint across strategic accounts.

In this role, you will train account teams on procurement topics, lead negotiations, review MSAs and rate cards, and help develop long-term partnerships with senior client executives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to negotiate and influence procurement outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building with CPOs and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with experience shaping procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCE leaders, GCSPs and account managers to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
• Lead negotiation strategies to achieve revenue growth with new and existing client accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance on MSAs, rate cards and provider programs.
• Assess coaching needs and develop training to strengthen negotiating capabilities.
• Direct internal training sessions for EY teams on procurement topics and negotiation preparation.
• Oversee EY's responses to RFPs using client procurement insights to influence outcomes.
